On one surface of the shield material, an external wall 226 is formed and on the other surface of the shield material 22, an internal wall 224 is formed. The external wall 226 has a main first resin portion 226a made of first resin. The main first resin portion 226a is united with a main second resin portion 224a made of second resin constituting the internal wall 224 through the through hole 222d formed in the shield material 222, and has its tip sectioned by a sub second resin portion made of second resin exposed on a surface of the external wall 226 and an interface 225.
