PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a privacy protection device, a privacy protection method, and a privacy protection program for dynamically concealing privacy information inserted into content according to the current location of a provider terminal owned by the provider of the content and the current location of a browser terminal owned by a browser who tries to view the content. SOLUTION: A privacy protection system (privacy protection device) 1 is provided with a privacy concealment decision part 50 which compares a distance calculated on the basis of the current location of a provider terminal 2a and the current location of the browser terminal 2b with decision data stored in a decision data storage part 49 to decide whether to conceal the privacy information; and a content editing part 51 for editing the privacy information inserted into the content so that the privacy information can be concealed from a browser when it is decided that the privacy information is to be concealed by the privacy concealment decision part 50.
