PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel pharmaceutical composition having excellent inhibition of the hyperplasia of airway goblet cells. SOLUTION: An inhibitor for the hyperlasia of airway goblet cells comprises azelastine and ephedorine.
