PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-shaped cosmetic product having a structure stably fixing a cosmetic layer on a sheet-shaped base material while retaining the quality as the cosmetic. SOLUTION: The cosmetic layer is superposed on the sheet-shaped base material such as cardboard via, for example, acrylic resin-based or urethane resin-based alcohol-swellable resin adhesive swelling by lower alcohol (solvent) used for slurrying the powder cosmetic.
