PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bisphosphonate formulation in the form of a gel agent, a syrup agent and a composition for filling a capsule having excellent dispersibility, stability and absorbability in order to enable various methods for administration for the bisphosphonate formulation. SOLUTION: The gel agent comprises a bisphosphonate compound, a liquid carrier and a gelling agent and is obtained by dispersing the bisphosphonate compound in the liquid carrier. The syrup agent is obtained by dispersing the bisphosphonate compound in the liquid carrier.
