<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustained release formulation of a tricyclic compound (macrolide-based compound), sustained in elution of the tricyclic compound such as tacrolimus, rapamycin or ascomycin. <P>SOLUTION: The sustained-release formulation comprises a solid dispersoid containing an amorphous tricyclic compound in a solid base, or a fine powder of the tricyclic compound, as an ingredient.
