PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly stop a rice milling facility when a balance of a prepaid card gets zero during grain polishing treatment, in the rice milling facility for milling brown rice carried by a user using the prepaid card as a settlement means. SOLUTION: Grains remaining in conveying means 9, 10 and a rice milling device 2 are treated in the state where the drive of a feed means 11 is stopped, when the balance inputted into the card gets zero during the grain polishing treatment, and the grains are prevented from remaining in the rice milling facility, by stopping the drives of the conveying means 9, 10 and the rice milling device 2 after treating the remaining grains.
