PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical part, an optical unit and a display device, in which angle adjustment can be accurately performed by a simple mechanism even after assembling an optical element. SOLUTION: The optical part 100 comprises a panel cover PC attached so as to surround the circumference of a display area of a liquid crystal display device 1 that is a display element, and a holder H for holding an optical compensation plate 10 that is an optical element.
