A profit distribution system and method are provided to register notice materials in a home page according to a profit distribution server and assign profits to member clients when the clients copy the notice materials and purchase goods through the copied notice material. A profit distribution system includes member clients(100) connected to a home page to copy notice materials and register the copied notice materials in a web site, a sales server(200) for selling goods through the notice materials and providing profits obtained from purchasing of goods and ID to a member client who purchases the goods, and a profit distribution server(300) which operates the home page, receives profits from the sales server and supplies the profits to multiple member clients who copy the notice materials such that the member clients purchase goods. |
