A diesel vehicle smoke reducing method is provided to remarkably reduce smoke of the diesel vehicle by organic solvent reformed with the purified water is used as an additive. A diesel vehicle smoke reducing method performs the followings: a step for pulverizing to the particulate state the raw material of the far infrared ray radiation material; a step for aging the far infrared ray radiation material which is pulverized to particulate state; a step for fermenting leavening in the matured purified water as described above; a step for aging the purified water which passes the fermentation step; a step for agitating mixed solution after manufacturing mixed solution mixed with the purified water part per hundred resin which filltered is matured to the rate of the organic solvent 600 parts by weigh; a step for collecting the organic solvent layer through the phase separation in the mixed solution as described above; and a step for adding to the rate of 0.5 parts by weight about the fuel part per a hundred resin by weight.
