A tunnel lining cavitation monitoring device is provided to exhaust the air of the back of a waterproof membrane and to grout the crown of a tunnel lining additionally by attaching a tunnel lining cavitation monitoring device to a lining form and discerning a cavity at the crown of a tunnel lining. A tunnel lining cavitation monitoring device comprises a first guide pipe(10) extended toward a lining through a lining form and installed perpendicular to the lining form, an inflow pipe installed to the inside of the first guide pipe, and projected and extended toward the lining through one end of the first guide pipe, a push bar(20) projected and extended toward the lining through one end of the first guide pipe, a check pipe coupled to the other end of the first guide pipe, a manometer installed to the check pipe, and a dial gauge(30) installed to the other end of the first guide pipe and measuring the vertical displacement of the push bar.
