A scratch paper holder is provided to increase convenience of a user and reduce cost of the scratch paper holder at the same time by using the scratch paper holder as a scratch paper holder for a wall surface. A scratch paper holder for a wall surface comprises: a holder in which a scratch paper is slid and inserted into a space between a first supporting part and a second supporting part supported by predetermined elastic force; a wire connected to a bottom part of the holder; a spherical fixture connected to a lower end of the wire; a fixed plate on which a pivot socket is formed to be pivoted to the fixture such that the fixture can be rotated forward and backward and side to side; and an attachment unit for attaching the fixed plate to a specific installation position..
