COMPOSITIONS WITH ANTIBACTERIAL EFFECT ON ORAL BACTERIA CONTAINING EXTRACTS OF GINSENG BERRIES

A composition with an antibacterial effect on oral bacteria containing extracts of ginseng berries as an active ingredient is provided to ensure excellent antibacterial activity about the harmfulness oral microorganism, having low minimum inhibitory concentration while minimizing side effects. A composition with an antibacterial effect on oral bacteria comprises extracts of ginseng berries as an active ingredient. The ginseng fruit extract is crude saponin. The crude saponin is manufactured by adding ethanol to the dried material of ginseng berries, reflux-extracting, filtering and concentrating it; and after adding butanol after removing the fat-soluble component, extracting and concentrating it.
