The device has opposite electrical conductive rings (1, 2), where the ring (1) is integrated to a fixed frame of a pulley (3). The ring (2) is rotably integrated to a pulley (4) around an axis (5). The rings are separated by an adjustable space i.e. air-gap (e). The air-gap regulates the sensitivity of detection of the device and regulates the tolerance of loss of accepted position. The rings are electrically insulated between each other. The pulley is inclined with respect to its plan, in the event of position loss.
