A video banking service system and a method thereof are presented to enable users including the deaf or a person who has difficulty in hearing to use banking service using a user terminal. According to a video banking service method, a first service screen requesting to input user information is given to a user terminal requesting first financial information. A DTMF(Dual Tone Multi Frequency) signal corresponding to the user information is received from the user terminal. The received DTMS signal is analyzed in real time and the analysis result is text-overlaid on the first service screen to be given to the user terminal(S412). The first financial information is acquired, by providing the inputted user information to a bank legacy system(S430). A second service screen including the first financial information is given to the user terminal. A voice guidance broadcasting is given to the user terminal. |
