PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital/analog converter in which a substantial driving term for outputting a voltage signal is not shortened by a cycle operation, and to provide a driver equipped with the digital/analog converter. SOLUTION: A digital/analog conversion circuit is provided with first and second serial digital-to-analog converters (DACs) (110, 210) and an amplification circuit (10) for driving of one data line. During a first data period, the first serial DAC converts a first digital signal input during the first data period into a first signal, the second serial DAC holds a signal resulting from converting the digital signal input during a data period preceding to the first data period, and the amplification circuit amplifies and outputs to the data line the signal held by the second serial DAC. During a second data period following the first data period, the second serial DAC converts a second digital signal input during the second data period into a second signal, the first serial DAC holds the first signal converted during the first data period, and the amplification circuit (10) amplifies and outputs to the data line the first signal held by the first serial DAC.
