<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video image transmitting apparatus preventing a screen image from being flickered by instantaneous fluctuation in a wireless connection environment. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission control section 115 uses two independent thresholds (first threshold and second threshold) regarding a communication quality level to control whether a hot-plug detecting signal is to be enabled or disabled. In the case where the communication quality level exceeds the first threshold and the hot-plug detecting signal transmitted from a display device 100 is received by a hot-plug receiving section 114 in a state where transmission of video data is being stopped, the hot-plug detecting signal is enabled by the transmission control section 115, thereby starting transmitting the video data. On the other hand, in the case where the communication quality level is below the second threshold in a state where processing for transmitting video data is being performed, the hot-plug detecting signal is disabled by the transmission control section 115, thereby stopping transmitting the video data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
