<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting tool using an LED light source device suited for irradiating light toward front of a headlight, a sub headlight or the like, with the use of a plurality of LED chips as a light source. <P>SOLUTION: For the LED light source device provided with LED chips 21 mounted on a base 20, a resin part 22 sealing the LED chips with the base, and an optical member 23 arranged separated from the LED chips at an upper part of the base, the optical member 23 contains a metal member and a phosphor layer 25 arranged at an area at least excluding the metal member, and the LED lighting tool is structured with the use of the LED light source device so that the optical member is equipped with a micro-structure 52 consisting of a plurality of micro-optical elements smaller than the LED chips, on the outside surface of a position corresponding to the area excluding the metal member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
