PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a rolling bearing with a sensor capable of preventing hysteresis and nonlinearity from occurring in the output of the sensor. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of a rolling bearing device comprises an outer ring member 4 having a vehicle body mounting flange 42, an inner ring member 5 having a wheel mounting flange 14 on the axial one end, and a sensor device 3 attached to the vehicle body mounting flange 42. A spacer 30 for preventing the both members 8, 42 from being brought into contact with each other is installed between the knuckle 8 of a suspension device and the vehicle body mounting flange 42.
