PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire rim assembly reduced in the weight of a noise absorbing member, which in turn reduced in the weight of a tire, and more improved in the noise absorbing effect. SOLUTION: A noise absorbing member 9 is formed of a non-woven fabric formed by twisting fiber filaments f each other, and the fiber filament f forming the non-woven fabric has 2.0 or more loss tangent.
