<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle headlight suited for a headlight, a sub headlight or the like, so made to obtain a desired light-distribution pattern with the use of a plurality of LED elements as a light source. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle headlight 31 includes a light source module 32 using LEDs as a light source, a reflector 33a with the vicinity of light-emitting face of the light source module 32 as a first focus and reflecting light of the light source module 32 to a second focus, a projection lens 33b having a light-source side focus in the vicinity of the second focus of the reflector 33a and projecting reflection light of the reflector 33a, and a light-shielding member 33c provided along a light axis of the projection lens 33b so that its end edge is positioned in the vicinity of the light-source side focus, with the light-emitting face slanted rearward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
