<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a foreign matter formed of a magnetic metal is attracted by magnetic force leaking from an end face of a magnet and it adheres to a lead or a land of a circuit component surface-mounted on a circuit board, resulting in a short-circuit when a rare earth resin magnet is used for the magnet of a brushless motor in which a drive-control circuit used for a laser beam printer is integrated with a motor. <P>SOLUTION: A region affected by magnetic force leaking from the end face 4a of the magnet 4 and the lead L or the land R of the circuit component are arranged so that they do not interfere with each other, or the lead L or the land R of the circuit component arranged in the region affected by magnetic force is coated with an insulating material 22.
