PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device mounted with a full keyboard easy to push in spite of a small size and a full keyboard display method by materializing a keyboard by software. SOLUTION: A partial area of the full keyboard is displayed on a display part 7 of this portable terminal device 1. When a position designation button 22 displayed together with the keyboard is depressed, an operation means 16 outputs an input signal of position designation to a control means 12, the control means 12 outputs data of a key to a display means 14 in reference to the data of the key corresponding to the position designation button by a storage means 17, and the display means 14 displays the data of the key.
