The control circuit includes a domain setting register for setting the EEPROM with control information for the domain management, and a domain control register for holding information on the domain or the current processing object. The address on the EEPROM is set with the control information by using the information of the domain setting register. At the accessing time by a program, the propriety of the access is decided on the basis of the control information set at the address and the information of the domain control register.
