<p>Dough divider for bread and other prods comprises a cylindrical vessel with a detachable, pivoted cover and mobile base connected to a hydraulic actuator, in turn operating a knife carrier, the movable base consisting of plates and major proportion of which have a rectangular surface, mounted on detachable supports carried on a fixed plate of the actuator, so as to delimit between them >=1 diametral slit for the passage of the cutter blades arranged relatively in complementary manner, and dividing the section of the mobile base into two sectors. While slits perpendicular to the diametral slit extend into the two sectors and slits parallel to the diametral slit.</p> |
