Dredger cutting tooth has an interchangeable tip which can be fixed with a closure unit in a fastener part that has a forward base section merging rearward into a root part, a forward-directed shoulder extending over parts of the base section, and a stop part fitted to the root. The tip has a through opening, extending from its lower parts with a projection at its forward bounding surface extending out rearward from this surface and guided between the shoulder and the forward base section of the fastener part, and a rail at the rear part of the tip, to cooperate with the stop part on the fastener part. The parts of the tip cooperating with the fastener part have a height which corresponds to half the height of the fastener part at its root. The tip has forward, obliquely convergent side surfaces. The tip is rapidly interchangeable, and can be forged without close tolerances, for fitting to the fastener part. |
