摘要 PURPOSE:To realize continuous operation (treatment) for a long period of time, by improving the binding power between catalyzing elements or between catalyzer layer and carrier, and preventing separation of catalyzer layer and deterioration of catalyzing elements due to temperature, pressure and poisoned component, etc., occurring depending on the application of the waste gas, etc. CONSTITUTION:This is a catalyzing material for waste gas treatment, carrying catalyzing elements on the honeycomb shaped carrier, and is constituted by carrying on inorganic binders and baking at least one of silica sol and boric acid, together with catalyzing elements on part or all or the carrier. As for the carrying amount of inorganic binder, for example, when carrying the mixture of vanadium, niobium and tungsten which are catalyzing elements for removal of NOx by 2 to 5g per 1 liter of catalyzer carrier, the carrying amount of silica sol should be properly 5 to 20g in one kind of in combination with boric acid.
