This invention relates to the profile control system in a high precision duplication system. The system comprises a tracer head, amplifiers, displacement synthesis circuit, integration circuit, corrected speed function generator, indication speed function generator and distribution circuit. When a steel tip(ST) of the tracer head(TR) duplicates model M, each displacement current εx, εy, εz, which is obtained in accordance with displacement of the steel tip, flows out through amplifiers(AMP) and flows into the displacement synthesis circuit(DG).
