Novel cephalosporin compounds having the general formula <IMAGE> +TR <IMAGE> wherein X represents hydrogen atom or hydroxy group, and the non-toxic pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof are disclosed. These compounds are useful as antibacterial agents.
