PURPOSE:To make electronic edition of a PCM signal effective without the destruction of data in a section where the PCM signals are recorded, by compensating the timing of edition. CONSTITUTION:A monostable multivibrator 20 which is provided with a terminal 18 fed with an editing point detection signal detected at an electronic editing device from a time code, and a terminal 9 fed with a synchronizing signal of a PCM signal block, is provided. A terminal 17 is a DC power supply input to the monostable multivibrator 20, and is connected with a time constant circuit consisting of a resistor 21 and a capacitor 22, and this time constant circuit determines the pulse interval of the monostable multivibrator 20. The output of the monostable multivibrator 20 is given to another input terminal of an exclusive OR circuit 23 to which an editing point detection signal at the terminal 18 is inputted in advance. The output of the circuit 23 is led as an edition timing signal to be compensated. |
