FITTING STRUCTURE OF ON-VEHICLE SPEAKER

PURPOSE:To obtain a speaker fitting device without disturbing free vibration of a sound diaphragm, by pressing and holging the sound diaphragm made of hard foamed polyurethane between a car in terior member and a ridge frame. CONSTITUTION:Plural locking pawls 7 are projected downward at an inner circumference of an opening 5a of a ridge frame 5, the ridge frame 5 is inserted to the sound diaphragm 3 made of hard foamed polyurethane or the like and each locking pawl 7 is bit to the upper surface outer circumference of the sound diaphragm 3. Further, plural fitting rods 8 are projected toward the lower part at the inner circumferential wall of the ridge frame 5 and holes 9 for inserting the said rods 8 are opened at the opening ridge of a car interior member 1 correspondingly. After the sound diaphragm 3 mounting a driver unit 4 to its center rear surface with an adhesives 12 is fitted tentatively at the opening circumferential ridge of the car interior member 1, the diaphragm 3 is fixed on the car interior member 1 with the rods 8.
