PURPOSE:To execute exactly a mesurement by a simple device, by obtaining a temperature holding start timing when a difference between an atmospheric temperature of a heating furnace and an inside hole temperature of a rotor shaft is below a prescribed value, and also a variation of an elongation quantity by thermal expansion of a rotor shaft becomes below a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:Displacements (a), (b), (c) and (d) in the rotating direction are read from a measuring part 16, and an axial core moving extent OO' and a direction theta are calculated by a data processing part 17. Displacement from a measuring device 13 for measuring the elongation of a rotor shaft is also read from the measuring part 16 and is stored. An atmospheric temperature and an inside hole temperature are read from a temperature measuring part 18, and are displayed on a display part 19 together with data of the axial core moving extent, direction and elongation. In case when the upper limit value and the lower limit value of a holding temperature are read and the atmospheric temperature and the inside hole temperature enter into a range of these upper and lower limit values, a present elongation varied quantity is derived from the elongation quantity stored in the past. In case when this elongation varied quantity satisfies a conditional value read from a test condition setting part 20, a temperature holding start timing detection is displayed on the display part 19. |
