PURPOSE:To accelerate precision improvement and a speed increase through simple constitution by allowing the 1st and the 2nd integration circuits to charge and discharge their capacitors alternately, and operating those circuits as circuits for holding. CONSTITUTION:When the capacitor C1 or C3 of one integration circuit 17 or 24 is in a held state, the other integration circuit 24 or 17 is allowed to put its capacitor C3 or C1 in charging or integrating operation, accelerating the increase in the speed of D/A conversion. Further, the integration circuits 17 and 24 operate as holding circuits and the holding voltage of the capacitor C1 or C3 in the held state is selected by a changeover switch 26 and led to an output terminal 21, so a sample holding circuit is provided as before to eliminate problem points in the precision improvement and speed increase. |
