<p>PURPOSE:To detect the variation of rotational frequency of a shaft easily and to simplify the titled device by mechanically comparing the rotation of a rotational frequency detecting shaft with that of a reference rotational shaft. CONSTITUTION:When the rotational frequency of the rotational frequency detecting shaft 13 coincides with that of the reference rotational shaft 19, an inner gear 17 is set up to a fixed rotational frequency, and when the rotational frequency of the shaft 13 is increased/decreased from that of the shaft 19, the rotational frequency of the gear 17 is also increased/decreased. When the shaft 13 is rotated at a rotational rate less than a prescribed rotational rate determined by the number of teeth of a solar gear 14 and the number of teeth of the inner gear 17 as compared to the shaft 19, the inner gear 17 is reversed against the shafts 13, 19. Therefore, the deviation information of the rotational frequency of the shaft 13 to the shaft 19 is obtained from the rotational frequency and turning direction of the inner gear 17. A control device 26 compares a deviation signal obtained from the inner gear 17 or a driving shaft 7 rotational frequency signal obtained from a rotational frequency detector 24 with a reference frequency signal 25 and changes the inclined rotational angle of a hydraulic pump 8 in a power transmission system, so that the rotational frequency of a hydraulic motor 11 is changed and the rotational frequency of a driving shaft 7 of a motor 6 is compensated.</p> |
