PURPOSE:To unnecessitate completely an electrical wiring work and facilitate a simple installation of the blower device even at a place where a commercial power supply is not available by a method wherein a rotary vane is rotated by a power supply of solar cell which is integrally formed with the rotary vane. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous silicon solar cell 8 is constructed such that n layer 9 having a thickness of 100-300Angstrom , a true layer (i layer) 10 with a thickness of 0.5-3mum, P layer 11 with a thickness of 100-300Angstrom , a photo transparent electrode (TCO)12 composed of indium-tin oxide, indium oxide and a film of tin oxide and a collecting electrode 13, in sequence on the amorphous silicon layer constituting an active area on a stainless vane surface 4. A motor mechanism 14 is composed of a DC-AC converter part 15 stored in a hub cylinder part 5, a rotor coil 16 and a cage-shaped stator 17 fixed to the pivot shaft 7, a DC generated electric power from the solar cell 8 is applied to DC-AC converter 15 through a back-flow preventive diode 18, converted at the converter 15 into the AC current and supplied to a rotary coil 16, thereby the rotary vane 6 is rotatably driven.
