PURPOSE:To simplify data collection by means of a work in a semidark room by adding a voice cognition device to a control means such as an electron microscope or the like and controlling, memorizing and displaying on a cathode- ray tube or the like as required, various kinds of measuring conditions at a working time according to a voice indication. CONSTITUTION:A voice cognition device 9 is added to a control means of a transmission type electron microscope containing a mirror body 1, an operation panel 2, a display device 3 and a secondary electron image observation device 5. Then, when one of visual fields desired to be photographed at a certain observation condition is found, said various kinds of measuring conditions are inputted from a microphone 8 into the voice cognition device 9 according to the operator's utterance for being memorized by a microcomputer and said data are displayed on a cathode-ray tube 14 or by a printer 16. Accordingly, even under operation in a semidark room or even when busy with operation, the measuring conditions can be easily left as the data, thus making the operation to be efficient. |
