PURPOSE:To detect the occurrence of trouble more exactly by detecting the trouble at the terminal of a transmitting network. CONSTITUTION:When the trouble occurs somewhere at a transmitting channel, namely, when the trouble occurs somewhere in a branch 30 - a branch 49, it is examined that at what terminal relaying amplifier the trouble occurs. For example, when the trouble occurs at the branch 32, it comes to be obvious that the trouble is detected at terminal relaying amplifiers 54-57 connected under the branch 32. In such a way, in the figure to show the correspondence to the branch in which the trouble occurs, and the response of the trouble detecting device of respective terminal relaying amplifiers, the mark O shows the condition in which the trouble is not detected and the mark X shows the condition in which the trouble is detected. Thus, by investigating the response of the trouble detecting device of the terminal relaying amplifier, it can be known at what branch the trouble occurs. |
