PURPOSE:To reduce production cost by packing the packing consisting of a solvent soluble blank stock into a bundle like metal pipe and by joining the outer face of the pipe with diffusion as well, then by removing the packing by heating the whole structure. CONSTITUTION:The packing 2 consisting of the solvent soluble blank stock of a sodium chloride, etc., is packed into a steel made metal pipe 1 and those numerous pieces are bound and surrounded by a mild steel made airtight case 3 as well. After making the inside of the case 3 vacuous, the pipe both end parts are cut off by performing a diffused joining treatment under the conditions of 750 deg.C, 1,000 atm inside a HIP furnace, for instant. The packing 2 is then discharged with a compressed air by heating upto the melting temp. of the packing 2 and the packing is completely removed by washing out with a warm water. In this way the lightweight structure having a space part at the inner part can simply be formed without performing a mechanical piercing, welding, etc. The production cost can therefore be reduced.
