PURPOSE:To improve the clerical work efficiency by providing a liquid crystal panel for displaying the character information related to an image, on a slit, and printing its character information. CONSTITUTION:By an input means 22, character information required for its image is inputted. Also, by a printing position designating means 35, a printing position to an image of its character information is designated. Subsequently, by synchronizing with a scanning movement in a slit of a projected image, its character information is displayed on a liquid crystal panel 63 provided on the slit, based on signals from the input means 22 and the printing position designating means 35. Accordingly, on an electrified photosensitive body, the character information displayed in such a way is projected and exposed together with an image, formed as the corresponding electrostatic latent image, developed, and thereafter, transferred to copying paper which has been fed. In such a way, to the copying paper, its character information is printed simply, easily and surely together with the copied image. |
