PURPOSE:To make it possible to inspect a container positively in a short time, by detecting the transmittance of laser light having a specified wavelength through a main resin and a heat resisting resin, outputting the value as a voltage, and judging the quality of a heat resisting multilayered container based on said value. CONSTITUTION:Laser light, which is generated in a laser generator 21, is projected on the upper end part of the opening part of a container through a piece of quartz fiber 22 for the light. The laser light, which is transmitted through the upper end part of the opening part, is received with a piece of quartz fiber 24 for a detector. The specified wavelength in extracted with an interference filter in a sensor part 29. When the laser light having said specified wavelength is detected with a gallium phosphorus element, a voltage is generated in the gallium phosphorus element. The voltage is amplified and thereafter inputted into a judging circuit, wherein the quality of the container is judged. In this way, the judgement of the quality of the heat resisting multilayered container can be inspected positively in a short time, and the inspecting man-hours can be reduced to a large extent.
