PURPOSE:To further accurately perform the diagnosis of an examinee, by providing a means obtaining the other state data of the examinee to a diagnostic apparatus for measuring the timewise change in the amount of oxygen or blood in the intracorporeal organ of the examinee. CONSTITUTION:Terminals TM1-TMm connecting measuring devices such as sensors for purcataneous measurement are respectively connected to a multiplexer 15 which in turn outputs an external signal EXT. The external signal EXT is applied to a multiplexer 5 along with the reflecting signal RF and output signal OT from a reflected light monitor 4 and an output light monitor 13 and the reflecting signal RF, the output signal OT and the external signal EXT are inputted to a computer system 6 in a time sharing manner through an A/D converter 14 by the selection signal SEL from the computer system 6. As result, the computer system 6 can measure not only the amount of oxygen and the amount of blood but also the relation between the amount and partial pressure of oxygen in blood, the relation between the amount of blood and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in blood or the like.
