Devices which form the generic type have a housing which can be closed at the top and/or bottom by a cover. In addition, conductive screening to the exterior is ensured via the housing parts. A printed circuit board is initially installed in the interior, before the housing is closed. While having improved construction and simplified assembly, the new device is likewise intended to ensure that no tensile and/or twisting forces can be introduced onto the printed circuit board via the connected cable ends. This is ensured essentially in that the screening housing (1) is separated transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the cable entries (3). The printed circuit board (11) is relieved of tensile and twisting forces, is supported in the interior between the two housing parts (1') and is held and fixed via guidance devices.
