PURPOSE:To simplify the shape of a stopper protrusion by checking the downward movement of a compression rod through the stopper protrusion formed on a locking member. CONSTITUTION:An annular locking member 39 is fitted on the periphery of a rotating support shaft 30, and the peripheral surface of the locking member 39 is protrusively provided with 8 stepper protrusion 40 and a driving piece 42 provided with a long hole 41. The locking member 39 is formed to rotatably attain a locked position L where the stopper protrusion 40 is located near and opposite the lower end surface 43 of a compression rod 34 as shown by a full line and an unlocked position U where the stopper protrusion 40 is separated from the lower end surface 43 of the compression rod 34 on the extension axis of the rod 34 as shown by a chain line. |
