PURPOSE:To make the rate of a product area extremely small and furthermore to miniaturize a mold and a molding machine by opening a split mold, intactly holding a connecting part, ejecting a sleeve pin and overlapping the molded articles while cutting a gate and furthermore ejecting the sleeve pin to allow the many overlapped molded articles to fall and separate. CONSTITUTION:A split mold is opened and the molded articles 10 are transferred at constant interval to the axial direction of a core pin 8. A sleeve pin 7 in a movable mold 2 is ejected aroud the core pin 8. The molded articles 10 are overlapped while cutting a gate 14. Furthermore the molded articles 10 are extruded by the core pin 8 to allow the many overlapped molded articles 10 to fall and separate. |
