PURPOSE:To produce an article having a bellows part which is surely excellent in appearance in the required extensible and contractible positions by molding a molded form so that while keeping a shape having the bellow part shrunk in a standard state as a standard shape, the bellow part becomes an elongated shape stretched to the direction naturally extended and contracted from the standard shape and fixing both ends of the molded form to two articles respectively in a state wherein the molded form is naturally compressed until the standard shape. CONSTITUTION:When the height of a headrest 2 is controlled, the other end face AB of a boot 1 being in a standard state is moved along the direction E'-A-G' of the direction O wherein a stay 20 is elongated thereto. When the stay 20 is positioned in the upper two-step position P, point A is positioned in point A1' and dislocated by 4.3mm from the position A1' point in the case of being naturally extended and contracted. Further when the stay 2 is positioned in the upper one-step position Q, point A is positioned in point A2 and dislocated at 2mm from position A2' point in the case of being naturally extended and contracted. When the stay 2 is positioned in the lower one-step position R, point A is positioned in point A3 and dislocated at 2mm from position A3' point in the case of being naturally extended and contracted. When the stay 2 is positioned in the neutral position N, the position due to the actual extension and contraction is allowed to coincide with the position due to natural extension and contraction in the point A and dislocation becomes zero. Therefore shearing stress is not caused in the neutral position and appearance is made excellent. |
