PURPOSE:To use combinedly a vacuum molding tool as a part of a press mold, enhance productivity and economical efficiency, and improve rigidity and heat resistance and lightening by using a stampable sheet as a molding material for molding a core material to be laminated with a skin material. CONSTITUTION:A heat softened laminate sheet 14 provided with a skin layer 12 laminated with a foamed layer 13 is vacuum pressure molded by a preform projected mold 17 and a porous recessed mold 18. Then the preform recessed mold 17 is replaced with a press mold in a state that the molded product 23 is suction-retained on the porous recessed mold 18. Then, a heat softened stampable sheet is positioned between the press mold 19 and the molded product 23 suction retained on the porous recessed mold. After that, the laminate sheet 14 and the stampable sheet are press integral molded by mold closing the press mold 19 and the porous recessed mold 18. |
