FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention describes pharmaceutical and dosage band of sustained release for peroral ingestion. It contains effective quantity of tramadol or its pharmaceutically acceptable sal, dispersed in the matrix, that comprises xanthan gum. Method of peroral dosage band preparation is also described.
