A cell for SOFC having, joined together, a Cr-containing alloy or oxide and an air electrode, in which the occurrence of Cr poisoning of the air electrode can be effectively inhibited; and a process for producing the same. In the firing operation in which an alloy or oxide and an air electrode in the state of being joined together are fired, there is induced a Cr(VI) oxide inhibiting condition for inhibiting of formation of Cr(VI) oxide in the alloy or oxide. |
