The plate has cooling medium pipes (6), where an inner surface (26) of each cooling medium pipe is provided with a circular bulge (28), which axially runs along the cooling medium pipes related to a thread turn. The circular bulge has a semicircular cross-sectional area, a trapezoidal cross-sectional area or a triangular cross-sectional area. Each cooling medium pipe is made of copper and stainless steel from V4A-stainless steel alloy.
