PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for toilet paper for using a facial tissue which has sets of a plurality of toilet paper sheets having a size easy to use, by packing them so as not to be scattered, and to solve the problem that a conventional toilet roll and a holder therefor are hard to use for a weak senior person, a person with disability, injured person, sick person, child, or the like with one hand. SOLUTION: The toilet paper sheets are folded in half and alternately piled up on each other into the form of facial tissue, and the paper sheets 2 are stored from above a main body 1. The toilet paper sheets are pulled out from an opening 3 at the bottom of a main body 2 and used to remove stain or water. After the toilet paper sheets are pulled out, the following toilet paper sheets are coming out so as to be easyly pulled out, and the holder is configured to be used with two fingers.
